If the Walker Law Firm accepts your case, the first thing we will do is get all available information regarding the circumstances of your charge.  During our extensive client interview we ask questions other lawyers do not.  We are constantly updating our DUI library with every new case decided by our court system and we incorporate new questions to develop every possible defense.   

With this information, we will then give you our assessment of your opportunities --- if we are unable to reach an agreement --- to obtain either an acquittal or a dismissal of the charges or the likelihood that our firm will be able to obtain an acceptable plea bargain.
